Introduction:
4YB corn harvester owns front and rear side open type multifunctional corn harvesting machine. It mainly consists of a header, a power transmission mechanism, conveying part and lifting mechanism and a corn storage bin. This machine can complete the whole process of corn picking, straw chopping and corn cob filling.
Main structure:
This corn harvester is mainly composed of a header, a conveyor lifter, a power part, a straw chopping device, a fruit box and hydraulic system.
The header is located in front of the implement and is arranged in an L-shape with the conveyor lifter to complete the corn picking, the corn cob to the elevator, the straw of the corn, the separation of the harvesting area from the non-harvesting area, and the header’s lift is operated by hydraulic system.
The elevator part includes an elevator shell, an elevator chain and a scraper. It is the conveying mechanism of the corn cobs. The corn cob is removed from the header and falls into the bottom of the elevator. The double auger is fed to corn cob and scraped. The plate chain sends the corn cob from the bottom to the fruit box.
The power section consists of a four-wheel diesel engine which positioned at the front of the four wheels tractor for driving and working parts.
The straw chopping device is located below the straw and is composed of a moving knife shaft, a moving knife and a fixed knife.
